If Giacomo Puccini thrilled audiences with the tones of Turandot, Giancarlo Mancino delights his guests with the notes of his new bottled beverages. These liquid emotions are available from 15 September, when SeiBellissimi presents a preview of Puccini and PucciNO, two new ready-to-enjoy drinks inspired by the exquisite Italian opera by the maestro from Lucca.
Puccini & PucciNO: two new RTD releases from SeiBellissimi
The invitation-only evening, titled “Nessun Dorma” in honour of the famous aria, takes place at Rome’s Bvlgari Hotel: an aperitif on the terrace, select guests and signature cocktails. Puccini twists the great classic with king mandarin juice, Moscato d’Asti and yuzu. PucciNO is the non- alcoholic, slightly sparkling alternative, crafted with grape must, fresh mandarin and the same Oriental citrusy edge.
Created to be savoured at leisure, these two recipes evoke Italy and Asia – two cornerstones in Mancino’s personal and professional background. At the party in Rome, the tasting experience also includes Bellini and Rossini, with their respective non-alcoholic versions. Because with SeiBellissimi, the finale, as in the opera, is already written in the name.
