In this setting, Coqtail – for fine drinkers chooses Montana, the new venture by Simone Caporale and Lorenzo Antinori, to present its sixth print issue, titled Secret.
Coqtail at Montana for a Cuban Aperitivo
Fresh to the scene, Montana welcomes a select guest list on 9 October, from 4 pm to 6 pm, right after the official closing party of The World’s 50 Best Bars. The venue, already making waves in Hong Kong thanks to two leading figures of contemporary bartending — Caporale, the creative force behind Sips in Barcelona, and Antinori, the convivial spirit of Bar Leone — also bears the signature of Justin Shun Wah. The concept looks to Seventies Miami with a Latin pulse and sets the tone for an upbeat, hospitality-forward gathering.
Coqtail Bridges an Evening Linking Italy and the Global Bar Industry
Alongside Coqtail’s arrival in Hong Kong for the launch of Issue 6 stands the support of three Italian names widely recognised in mixology: Amaro Lucano, Mancino Vermouth and SeiBellissimi. The aperitivo menu features two signatures.
Club Tropicana combines Mancino Vermouth Bianco with mezcal, lime, tomatillo, passion fruit and black pepper. Café Havana brings together Amaro Lucano, Mancino Vermouth Rosso, cold brew coffee, honey and banana cream. Completing the offering are SeiBellissimi ready-to-drink options — Bellini and BelliNO, Rossini and RossiNO— served alongside Montana’s new Cubanos sandwiches.
Secret, the New Coqtail Issue
The 9 October presentation of Coqtail at Montana explores Secret as a creative driver: a code that connects bartenders, products and hospitality, and the thread running through the latest issue.
