The 51-100 list of The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025 throws a spotlight on the global scene two weeks ahead of the reveal in Hong Kong on 8 October. In its ninth year, the extended list reflects ballots cast by more than 800 specialists, welcoming 16 new entries across 34 cities. The United States leads with eight places. Europe takes the crown with 15 addresses overall, four for both Spain and Italy, while Asia counts 12 bars, three of them in Hong Kong.
