Every city has a bar that captures its spirit better than any skyline shot or postcard. In Milan, that place is Camparino in Galleria. One hundred and ten years after serving its first drink, the institution founded by Davide Campari celebrates its legacy with three days of encounters between industry greats and the world’s leading cocktail capitals. “With Harry’s New York Bar Paris on November 12, Dante New York City on November 13, and the big celebration on November 14, we’ll do what we do best: open our doors, welcome guests with our cocktails, and turn an anniversary into a meeting point between Milan, New York and Paris,” says Tommaso Cecca, Global Head of Camparino Licensing & Mixology.
110 years of Camparino: Three Days, Three Bar Perspectives

The festivities open on November 12 with Harry’s New York Bar Paris. Franz Arthur Mac Elhone—heir to the legendary Harry Mac Elhone—will be behind the bar alongside Angelo Rossi and Dante Agnelli.
“Harry’s is like a European sibling to us,” Cecca explains. “We share the same approach to service, the same respect for history, and that idea of discreet, razor-sharp hospitality. And it’s also the birthplace of the Boulevardier, a cocktail created in 1927 with Campari.”
The following evening, November 13, belongs to Dante New York City, represented by Linden Pride, Roberto Bracco and Weston Dennis Lou. “The United States is Campari’s first market, and Dante is the most accomplished expression of the Italian bar abroad,” Cecca says. “It combines exceptional drinks with a rare culture of hospitality. It shows how far you can go while staying true to your identity.”
A Celebration for the City

On November 14—also the anniversary of Camparino’s reopening in 2019—the Spiritello Room will host an invitation-only party from 6:00 p.m. The Bar di Passo will remain open to the public with a DJ set, finger food and à-la-carte cocktails. At the center of the celebration: a one-meter-wide Sachertorte created with Hotel Sacher Vienna, newly listed among the World’s 50 Best Hotels.
“We wanted a celebration with the spirit of a birthday and the value of a civic anniversary,” Cecca notes. “Milan has given us a great deal, and this is our way of giving something back. Camparino today is an open, contemporary space, deeply rooted in the city.”
110 years of Camparino Distilled into a Book and a Menu

The anniversary also marks the release of “110”, a new cocktail menu that condenses eleven decades of history into a pocket-sized volume of eleven drinks. “The recipes alternate between twists on classics and original creations. Among them, a lacto-fermented Garibaldi with Campari and the Cask Finished Compadre, our iconic cocktail aged for a year in barrels once used for Negroni, Boulevardier and Brooklyn. We took 110 years of history and translated them into a contemporary language. Each drink reflects our curiosity and our appetite for research.”
Collaborations and New Projects

That same spirit shapes Camparino’s collaborations. On the night of November 14, the bar will unveil a mixing glass designed by Alessi, produced in 1,100 pieces—110 of them numbered. Its silhouette will be revealed during the event. “It’s the evolution of a prototype I drew, now becoming reality thanks to a dedicated production,” Cecca says. “We choose partners who share our values: craftsmanship, consistency, taste. On the global stage, we stand as a reference of authenticity, while representing the future of the bar. Guests seek places that endure, yet remain faithful to their roots.” A definition that fits Camparino in Galleria, 110 years after its opening.
