This New Italian London Dry Gin Comes from Bassano del Grappa

Gin is steadily conquering Italy. It dominates cocktail menus, sparks creative experimentation, and draws investment into increasingly refined products. At the forefront of this boom is the premium segment — where new labels stand out thanks to carefully crafted processes and bold, recognisable flavours. A perfect example? Garage Gin, the first London Dry by Nardini. Produced at the historic Nardini Distillery, Garage Gin marks a natural evolution for Italy’s oldest distillery, long renowned as a symbol of excellence in grappa.

The Unique Taste of Garage Gin

It’s a bold step that feels entirely in tune with the brand’s legacy. Born from the creative energy of Garage Nardini — the distillery’s experimental lab — this gin is all about method and precision. It starts with Italian grain alcohol, distilled using a bain-marie system in copper stills, with every stage handled in-house. The recipe features nine botanicals: juniper, lemon balm, verbena, cardamom, coriander, green anise, sweet fennel, helichrysum, and bitter orange peel. Each is measured with care to shape a fresh, structured, and contemporary flavour profile — no artificial aromas, no added sugars, just pure character.

Italian Quality in Every Sip

Garage Gin stands out for its elegance, depth, and remarkable versatility,” says Michele Viscidi, CEO of Distilleria Nardini. “We’ve made no compromises on quality.” Its 45% ABV supports a full-bodied, intense structure, with a clean, lingering finish that holds its own even in the most layered cocktails. As for design, the bottle subtly expresses the connection between style and place: 100% recycled glass, textured paper, embossed details and a map of Bassano on the label. A clearly defined identity — both in brand and in taste — that reaffirms Nardini’s role as a key name in Italy’s distillation culture.
