Coqtail – for fine drinkers Returns to Turin to Present Its New Print Edition

On December 16, Coqtail – for fine drinkers heads back to Piano35 with a new issue. The seventh edition explores the theme of NO, examining it as an act that guides choices, sharpens one’s method and filters what truly matters in bar work and in shaping a grounded professional identity.

Few venues have accompanied Coqtail – for fine drinkers as consistently as Piano35. From the launch of the magazine’s debut issue to the conversations held during Bar Domani, the relationship has grown over time. Returning here to unveil Issue 7 felt like a natural step, especially as the venue marks its own recent restyling and renewed role in Turin’s drinking culture.

Piano35, a Venue Defined by Its New Identity

The December 16 event unfolds inside a fully updated Piano35, now shaped by a more contemporary spirit and aligned with the way bar culture is experienced today. Under the guidance of Simone Sacco, Head of Mixology, and Bar Manager Ansony Murcia, the team works in a space designed to elevate service and guest experience, with a station built to connect cocktails and food around a shared commitment to quality.

For the occasion, Piano35 will serve a lineup of drinks crafted with products from the evening’s partners—Altamura Distilleries, Amaro Lucano, Cordusio Aperitivo and Polot 1882—paired with bites created by Chef Christian Balzo in collaboration with Marco Sacco. Guests attending by invitation will have the chance to explore the venue’s new configuration while moving between its gastronomic and cocktail offerings.

The menu introduces four new signature cocktails. The evening opens with No, I Choose Tradition, built with Altamura Distilleries Vodka infused with butter and sage, plus a home-made sage syrup; followed by No, My Limits Are Clear, featuring Amaro Lucano, Chipotle Polot 1882, vermouth, gin and Alta Langa. No, I Love Myself blends Cordusio Aperitivo, sherry, mint liqueur and vinegar. Finally, No, I Am Not Available combines Lucano Amaro Zero, spices, Melograno Polot 1882 and cherry soda.
