Roma Bar Show 2025, Looking Ahead

“We want to grow and become a true point of reference,” said Andrea Fofi, co-founder and ceo of Roma Bar Show. The 2025 edition marked a turning point for the event, with two key developments: a new alliance with the Fiere di Parma group and a strategic collaboration with ICE – Italian Trade Agency. This partnership led to the launch of the first Buyers Program, designed to foster international trade and business exchanges.
“When we launched the first Roma Bar Show, our goal was to unite the entire industry in one cohesive project,” Fofi continued. “We wanted to position Rome—and Italy—on par with the leading global bar shows, bringing together events and guests from all over the world. We’ve achieved that first goal and gone even further: with Fiere di Parma now on board, we’re ready to expand and become the international benchmark—not only for companies and professionals, but for the entire industry.”
